Brown Rice Pudding |
2 cups cooked brown rice
2 tsp ground flax seeds
1 tsp cinnamon
1/2 cup soy milk
1/3 cup raisins
1/4 cup maple syrup
1 tsp vanilla
pinch of salt
Directions:
Put all the ingredients in a saucepan over low heat and simmer until the liquid is absorbed, which is about 15 minutes or so. Enjoy warm or cold
