These are a collection of my healthier, whole foods recipes. I am not a nutritionist, but I am a home-cook who cares about eating well and feeling well. I find that I feel my best (but not at all deprived) when I am eating a diet based on whole grains, healthy proteins, lots of fruits and veggies, and some natural sweeteners. The recipes on this page have no white flour or white processed sugar.
